🕒 Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully pack and dispatch it. Dispatch means your order is officially on its way and in the hands of our shipping partner.

During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days—but we’ll keep things moving as quickly as possible.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order ships, the delivery time depends mostly on your location. Here’s what to expect:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🌍 Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

✍️ Accurate Shipping Details

To avoid delays, double-check your shipping info at checkout. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, our team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm the correct details.

If we don’t hear back, we may cancel the order. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please email hello@neuvaly.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to fix it.

🚨 Delayed Delivery

We know how exciting it is to get relief on the way—and how frustrating delays can be. While we aim to deliver quickly, things like weather, courier issues, or customs checks may slow things down.

If that happens, we’ll stay in touch and do what we can to help. Keep in mind that some delays are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our part to support you.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, reach out to us at hello@neuvaly.com. We’ll do what we can to assist.

In most cases, you’ll also need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. They may be able to locate your package or compensate for the loss. Depending on the situation, we may also offer a one-time replacement.

Please note: While we aren’t responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after shipping, we’ll always be in your corner to help resolve things.
